FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: After a dynamic warm up and plyometric circuit, we get to work with three strength circuits incorporating multi planar movements to ensure well-rounded strength. You will always finish the hour with heart-healthy conditioning which can be anything from pushing sleds, to riding bikes, to treadmill runs.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE: After a dynamic warm up, change of direction drills, sprint drills, and plyometric circuit we hit the training floor for three strength circuits incorporating multi planar movements to ensure well-rounded strength. Depending on the need of the athlete we may finish the hour with conditioning which can be anything from sleds, assault bikes, to treadmill runs.
